International Shipping with C-Way
We ship your orders worldwide directly from Ukraine using Ukrposhta, the national postal service. To best serve your needs, we offer two primary Ukrposhta services:
- Standard International Post: A reliable option for worldwide delivery.
- EMS (Express Mail Service): An expedited service, often with enhanced tracking and courier delivery.
Choosing the Best Shipping Method for You:
The shipping method for your order is chosen carefully based on a combination of factors, primarily the destination country and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimized for Your Location: In some countries, EMS is surprisingly more affordable and efficient (for example, shipments to Poland). For other destinations, like the USA, EMS is a standard for reliable express delivery. In contrast, for certain regions, Standard International Post may offer a better value.
- Individual Cost Calculation: The shipping cost is calculated individually for every order. This is determined by:
- Destination Country: Shipping rates vary significantly between countries.
- Shipping Method: The chosen service (Standard Post or EMS).
- Weight and Dimensions: The size and, crucially, the weight of your packed order significantly impact the price. For instance, an aluminum C-Way Canoe 2.0 kit weighing 14kg will have a different shipping cost than a steel version of the same dimensions weighing 18-20kg.
We will always select the optimal shipping variant for your specific order, balancing cost and reliable delivery times. After your order is finalized and its exact weight and dimensions are known, we use Ukrposhta's official online calculator to determine the precise shipping fee.
Delivery Times:
- EMS shipments are generally delivered by courier to your doorstep within 2-3 weeks.
- Standard International Post delivery times are typically very similar, often differing by only a few days.

Payment Process
We currently accept payments via secure bank transfers processed outside of our website.

How to Pay for Your Order:
- Order Finalization: We will first communicate with you to confirm all the details of your C-Way order, ensuring everything is exactly as you wish.
- Shipping Cost Confirmation: Once your order specifications are finalized and we know its packed weight and dimensions, we will calculate the exact shipping cost using Ukrposhta's online tools.
- Combined Invoice: The confirmed shipping cost is then added to the price of your C-Way product(s). You will receive a single, itemized invoice covering both your order and the delivery fee.
- Payment Submission: You can then proceed with the payment using your preferred method from the list above.
Order Dispatch and Tracking
Prompt Dispatch:
Your C-Way order is personally handled with care by our founder, Ruslan Korobkov, who also crafts and packs each item. Once your full payment (for the order and shipping) is confirmed, your items will be dispatched within 1 calendar day. This means your order will be shipped either on the same day the payment is received or, at the latest, on the following business day.
Stay Informed with Tracking:
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment as it makes its way to you.
